Ordering your product is made simple, secure and easy.

Adding items to your shopping basket:

1.Selecting an Item:   Browse through the product departments on our home page. Select a department. Then select your chosen manufacturer and finally, select the item you want.
2.Options: Click on the thumbnail image on the left of the screen to view a larger image and available options
3.Order: Click on the "Add to Cart" button located next to your item of choice to add the product to your shopping cart.
4.Add another Item: Continue shopping throughout the site adding products to your shopping cart as above or click the "Search" button to find more products.
5.View your cart: This can be done by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" tab on the top menu bar.
6.Complete the Purchase: When your shopping cart contains the items you want to purchase, click on the "Checkout" button in the Shopping Cart menu.

Shopping Cart Changes:

1.Change Quantity: Place the cursor on the quantity box next to the item that has the incorrect quantity. Type the quantity you want. Click on the "OK" button.
2.Remove an Item: Click on the "Remove Item" button next to the item you don’t want.
3.Add another Item: Click on the "Continue Shopping" or "Search for Products" button located in the Shopping Cart menu.
4.Complete the Purchase: When your shopping cart contains the items you want to purchase, click on the "Checkout" button in the Shopping Cart menu.

At the Checkout:

Customer Details:

1.Please enter all of your personal information in this box, making sure that all of your contact details are correct for any future reference in regard to your purchase.

Order Confirmation:

1.Your order will then be emailed to you for confirmation via our secure server
2.If any details are incorrect please notify us at your earliest convenience.
3.Print this page for your records.
4.You will then be taken to our Thank You page and can continue to browse throughout our store.

 

Final Purchase Approval:

Payment by Cheque/Money Order:

1.Your order will be sent to TCAonline.net
2.You will then receive a Sales Order email to the address in your Personal Details. This will contain the total amount including freight.
3.Make Cheque/Money Order Payable to: Troy Corser Agencies
4.Mail to us along with remittance slip.
5.Please allow 3-5 days for your cheque to clear and Products to be dispatched.

Payment by Direct Deposit:

1.See steps 1 & 2 above.
2.Once funds have been deposited please fax confirmation along with Sales Order Number to: (02) 4297 3808.
